To create a new Post on your blog, click on the Posts menu item from the left-hand sidebar, then click Add New.

We’ll cover many of the details of Post creation in other tutorials, though with this tutorial, we’ll go through the most important elements, which include the Title, the Editor, the Categories and the Publish section.

To begin, enter a title for your new Post. Then press the TAB key or click in the Editor section with your mouse.

Type or paste your content into the Editor.

You can select a Categories for your Post or create new Categories. These will allow visitors to more easily navigate your site’s Posts.

You can also add Tags to your Post, which work much like keywords, making it easier for visitors to find relevant content on your site.

You can click on the Preview button to preview your new Post before publishing it to your site.

You can also save your post for publishing later by pressing the Save Draft button,

or press the Publish or Update button to Publish the Post to your blog for others to see.
